Paul Jeffery: Photojournalist & UM Missionary

Recently, the Skamokawa and Grays River United Methodist Churches had the honor to sponsor a talk by United Methodist photojournalist and missionary Paul Jeffrey.
Paul Jeffrey is a senior correspondent for the United Methodist Women's magazine Response, and he also works with Act Alliance an organization of over 100 churches "focused on humanitarian assistance and development."
In March 2009, together with Chris Herlinger, Paul Jeffery published the book Where Mercy Fails: Darfur's Struggle to Survive which showcases many captivating images of the conflict and its consequences in Darfur.
An online gallery, called KairosPhotos, showcases many of Jeffery's captivating images. Jeffrey maintains a blog, as well.
